The Bible states that God (the God of the Bible) is a killer; that is true, but according to the definition of murder below, the God of the Bible is not a murderer. Albeit anyone can be accused of murder, even GOD, but proving such accusation when applied to GOD requires the application of a standard, a trial and a judicial decree.

So when Jehovah kills people it is not murder because Jehovah lawgiver and judge and what he says determines if he acted lawfully and so Jehovah then can be justified because God never makes a mistake he's always in the right no matter what.

Yeah put God trial and have him pronounced guilty then and only then can one say he guilty of murder, since there never was a trial God did not commit murder by defacto, killing yes,, but since no trial to date murder would not be a crime you can pin on him.
