or someone who realized that they could turn around and sell those pictures on ebay in a couple of years (or private sale) for a hefty profit.
Well, any private collector who buys them is in for a big surprise, since they are not the original photos. The tombstone was vanadalized many, many years ago and the photos replaced, in fact the photos on the tombstone didn't even resembe the originals.
