No its not that complicated but I was just asking ,the law says they must get a restraining order unless he is a public nuisance or disturbing others. My advice to him was they must show proof that he was causing problems in a public place in tv monitors another words you must prove that in court this Is the u.s. does legal dept want that ptoblem?

So if saying hI to some one after the meeting is causing a disturbance then let's go to court and prove before Judge.

So they cannot arrest someone for no reason that's the point.

Yeah, there's something not right about this story.
How you guys can't imagine a scenario where those swines wouldnt attempt to ban someone DF who consistently " shared a greeting" to JWs is beyond me.
I'm sure the guy probably got worked up and tried to argue the toss with them, yes, but without doubt refusing to "respect the disfellowshipping arrangement " would result in permanently getting the boot.

It's their private property. I'm pretty sure they can ask you not to return for no reason if they want. Disturbance or not, if they specifically tell you not to come back, you're not welcome. Why in the world would you want to go where you're not wanted? Shouldn't this be the impetus to leave them behind?

Right, the law is the law. If I don't want you at my house and you come in I can go after you legally. I don't see where he has the law on his side. I'm open to understanding but it isn't reasonable from what I can see.
