Pork chops baked in the oven with BBQ sauce
Potatoes (boiled)
carrots
cabbage cooked with apples, onions and a little bacon
Mulan: is your background German? I love German food, Italian food, I love food (about as much as I love music) I love breaded pork chops. I'll dip the chops first in seasoned flour, then in egg, then finely crunched up Sour Cream & Chive crackers. I then fry them, carefully. Baby carrots smothered in butter. Fried potatoes (parboiled) or stuffed potatoes. It really is a winter meal though. I am getting so hungry. I've made the red cabbage, but I was the only one that liked it, same with saurkraut. Okay love is a little extreme, but I really, really like the above.
