I just googled the Paradise book, and imagine my surprise when I find someone trying to sell it on Amazon for more than $55 Australian!
Someone's also trying to flog the Reasoning from the Scriptures book for over $200! 😱

It is indeed educational. I always thought nonce was like "nong" in Australia, someone who's not very bright. I didn't realise that it had a very specific and very negative definition.
