$800,000 ain't chicken feed. Say one XJW gets 1/16 that $50,000 in a lawsuit over the disfellowshipping practice of the Watchtower corp. then you multiply that times the number of cases that will be lodged in the future and you have bankruptcy of the corporation with a mad rush to see who gets the money first before the declaration of bankruptcy.

What ever angle it takes lets keep the thinking tank looking for the magic bullet to fuck this bullshit mind control cult in the courts. Always remember "there are more ways than one to skin a cat" and black and white thinking limits options.

Again what law would you sue over.. the example you gave was for a violation of the employment equal rights act. What law are you going to sue over.

That is the question that some inventive lawyer will have to answer not me.

If you want a lawsuit of a long term member being disfellowshipped and it affecting family relationship. You can look at Anderson v Watchtower. The plantiff makes the claim that her son is prevented from speaking with her. The appeals court rules that there is no legal claim over such alienation.

What are the chances of winning a case in the bible belt south against religious abuse? Probably next to zero. So Tennessee making Christian religion so sacrosanct would definitely be a very up hill battle. Also perhaps they didn't have a very good lawyer.

That's my take on the case, and definitely not touchstone case in law studies.

How about the Ninth circuit such as paul v watchtower. How about monatana supreme court. How about the Hawaii supreme court. How about arizona, Florida. Or california supreme court.

O and I think it is good to find the Watchtower corporation weak spots legally what ever they are and dig in. Especially now that they are spread so thin financially and legally in the courts already, strike while the iron is hot as the saying goes, so think, think, think, think.
