I agree. There is no way the Chinese communist party would release fake numbers. No way, at all, that a communist regime would, in any way, engage in propaganda or distort the facts in an attempt to cover up failures.

It's hard enough to trust the figures our own countries give, because there is still some degree of political spin on everything, but we're far more likely to get a better idea of the true severity if we exclude China completely.
