As the 1914 start date has long been totally discredited the nonsense about the generation need not concern us when speaking to a JW, just get them to justify 1914, which they cannot do.
All they can do is flounder around and end up saying they trust the G.B has this right.
To which my reply would be, "Yea, well good luck with that then".

there can be no question that 1914 became a epoch-making world event. that wt calculated, predicted correctly what would happen is totally wrong, but they leapfrogged all that by tying Brooklyn to the center of the cosmos, the birth of the one and all kingdom. 4st reich.

There has been a lot of talk about the "new light" concerning the generation teaching.
AGAIN? Who cares, they have always gotten it wrong and they will always get it wrong. They have absolutely no saying about the future, period.

The best is how EVERY older brother and sister that were on the famous Watchtower cover that said "1914. this generation shall by NO means pass away", HAS DIED.
That Watchtower cover, showing all those elderly bros and sisters on it, being blown up to poster size and simply adding the word LIE underneath it, would be the best propaganda tool us "apostates" could use, lol.
It really is a joke, and drives the nail home about how wrong these dingbats in charge are/were. Its ALL been wrong, and from the very beginning. We are not talking about a 20% failure rate, or a 50% failure rate, no its a 100% failure rate. Its absurd really.
They got the late 1800's wrong, 1919 wrong, the 1920's wrong with millions now living will NEVER die. The 50's were full of tremendous back and forth "flip flops", and changing doctrines. They got 1975 wrong, the generation of 1914 wrong, and this BS overlapping generation, IS the WORST OF IT ALL.
This is their "core doctrine" shit, too. This stuff is the cornerstone of their whole claim of being "ordained" by God. Really when you think about it, its WTF, why is ANYBODY still involved with this organization.
That's a cult for you, though. Blind, ignorant, deluded people, thinking they have all the answers. We must remember, at the end of the day their are many people in this world who are JUST followers. People have literally drank the Kool-Aid and killed themselves from blind obedience, why wouldn't there be people who would blindly follow a religious cult who has falsely prophesied and been WRONG 100% of the time.
