He was Ron Hooper, he died in 84. A great man!

He was posted by the WT to: (in reverse order) Dawley, Bridgnorth, Matlock, Gosport, Fareham, Weston super Mare, Yeovil, Feltham London.

He was a kind, generous man who never asked for a penny.

    Englishman.

    Rhode Island Red,

I never even thought about Rhode Island Not being
an island. lololo Interesting thought, very interesting.

Do they have a sports team named Red's?? I once
herd about something to do with Rhode Island Reds.

    Hello, battman,

While I'm not an expert on Rhode Island, I think I can safely say that no major ballteam is named the Rhode Island Reds. Of course, at the community college and highschool levels, who knows.

I do know though that a very popular breed of chickens have that name. They are a reddish brown and lay eggs prolifically.

Rhode Island used to have a hockey team called the Rhode Island Reds{after a dang chicken, native to the state} .... Now however they are called the Providence Bruins, a farm team of the boston bruins.

    Hey Red,

Rhode Island's not an island......are you sure? Well, why would y'all call it an island then? I may have not known it was not an island - but then I didn't have the audacity to call the damn thing an island when it wasn't!

Btw, I'm from near Columbia, SC, which is inland because I know we have to drive a couple of hours to get to Myrtle Beach, which for you yankees, is like the old Coney Island. We don't go there, but Charleston SC and Savanah GA are quite the historical cool places to go (great restaurants and shops also).
