back2dafront, as far as wages being higher let's hope so. My coworker is from Cali and he said he got paid $5/hour more for doing the same thing he is doing here. Cali is near the top of my list for the weather alone. Or maybe I'm just sick of 2+ weeks of below freezing weather. Thanks!
