Glad to hear you are up and about...but mostly it's so good to hear you realize the need to TAKE IT SLOW!!!

Take time to sit in your yard and listen to the birds, smell the flowers, look at the beauty around you and slowly build up your strength.

btw...nice to hear you refer to Dateline as a "first round". I'm hoping there will be a follow-up with more details brought out once they see the interest this has stirred up.
