Old men and young girls, you see it everywhere. Its the norm in JW Land.
The WT is a haven for men who are just old, and unnoticed ,often working
labor jobs, or cleaning jobs, who are transformed, by putting on a suit and tie
and going to the "meetings" where they are transformed into big shot "elders".

That is creepy. I never saw that side of things as a young brother. I suppose the friends think that the age difference won't matter because in the new system. They're not even thinking about the couple growing old in this system.

Well, he is a close friend of my parents, and a bachelor. They said,,, come back, get reinstated. We have told him about you and he's seen your pictures (well, duh, then of course he wants me ) ...
I don't know, Clambake. I guess, with my father's connections, RI would have been easy for me if I would just bend to their will. They probably had it already worked out "If she attends for x months, then ..." Anything to get me back in the clutches of the Tower.

Regarding the age difference... yall are forgetting their 'belief' that in the 'new system' (any day now...), that the old geezers will be made young again.
So, their age difference is not a big thing to them. 20, 30, 40 years difference? Not a problem.

Would it suck to be some plain jane or maybe overweight sister who is in good standing or maybe even a pioneer just to get passed over for a pretty face, nice ass and great tits.
In my cong we seem to have some very nice but not very good looking sisters that seem to get passed over by the single elders who are ugly as sin. I always kind of wondered why. Now I know why.

Sad thing is, the boys my age were not interested in me. They always chose to be with my friends. And trust me, I would have rather been a plain jane (as you put it) and had friends ... than been a 'princess' (BAHAHAHA, little did anyone know that *this* princess was not a virgin since she was 8 YO).
Years later, I ran into one of the guys my age, and told him how I always wondered why nobody liked me, or you know, showed interest. ahaha, his response was telling!
"Well, you were a good girl. The other girls would put out, but YOU are the kind of girl that one wants to marry."
As IF! What a ****ing hypocrite --- oh, he's an elder, last I heard. :P
