GET REAL ...How many people have been " CURIOUS" and ended up basket cases or worse!!

If you cant handle life without a drug there is an underlying problem .In my humble opinion of course.

PS I've lost 6 members of my family to some form of drug .

All were CURIOUS at one point !!

"DMT as with all drugs, can worsen any pre existing psych condition and it is ill advised for those people. But it does not cause psychological insult."

Doctors, psychologist, and former drug users all disagree with this. You need to do a lot of research on this subject.

I've done lot of ayahuasca brews it's easy you can get all you want cheap over the net. Many different combination of plants. The strongest Hostilis root bark I ever got I founf on Ebay and it even had a Brazilian Government paper enclosed with it. It is realitively safe YOu need to combine a MAO inhibiter. Good stuff, if taken in the right set and setting. I haven't taken any in about 5 years but the effect of past seems to last and even now I feel I'm changing for the better in the way my brain processes information. Be informed and be safe and get the most out of it no need to go see a shaman in south america and dose.

The same person saying you dont need drugs to enjoy life drinks coffee & tea, eats cake and maybe smokes.... its just chemistry, but society has formed bias and moral fences largely built on ignorance which I believe has it's own dangers. Yes drugs are dangerous, many things are. Drugs also treat disease and contribute to research and knowledge.

I made it clear, I have a sincere scientific interest in ayhuasca specifically as do many modern academics. As fot its risks, it is exactly as I said:

What are the risks of taking DMT?

    • DMT can produce very random, and sometimes very frightening, effects, which feed off a person's imagination.
    • If panic sets in, the experience can be scary and confusing.
    • Flashbacks sometimes happen. This is when part of the trip is subsequently re-lived after the original experience.
    • DMT could have serious implications for somebody who has a history of mental health problems. It may also be responsible for triggering such a problem in someone predisposed but unaware of this.

Academics and scientists have came a cropper the drugs don't distinguish.

The argument or opinion re tea coffee etc is an addictive personality cop out used by many addicts to justify their habit.

If you are curious about drugs why not be sensibly curious about the consequences.

How does getting high off DMT relate to your "sincere scientific interest"? And what exactly do you mean by "it's just chemistry"? If you were to take cyanide that would "be chemistry" too, would it not? Comparing coffee, tea, and sugar to hallucinogens is just silly. You act as if different chemicals don't have different affects on the brain.
