Since some parking lots are further away from the stadium,they will run a bus back and forth. And there is some rail,they recommend people use.
I've been to other conventions,where the lots are further away,and you had to walk through bad areas.

You could always stay a few blocks away at the Greektown Casino, they have a nice parking garage, then take the Greektown People Mover over to Ford Stadium.

Seriously. The Org is telling people not to be reasonable, Jah is backing this after all ... just be sure you can make it to the convention area, fill up with gas before you get near detroit and make sure your tires are good and car is mechanically sound so you don't have to stop anywhere in the surrounding Detroit area. Stop lights .... yeah, don't worry, best not to obey them in some areas, just keep driving, the cops won't pull you over, they understand or aren't there. I don't care how safe it may be at the Convention center, I wouldn't want to risk my child's well being. This is just nuts.

It sounds as if they're not sure why this location hasn't had the people register for it like other sites, and they're trying to cover all bases for why they figure people aren't signing up. Did it ever occur to them to ASK IN ADVANCE where people would like to go and not go?
The parking sounds like it must be an issue, with busses for remote parking areas. Anyone know about this at Ford Field?

Question to the poster kneehighmiah: where is this from? Was it some meeting part, some CA or SAD? It sounds like it was put together to try an reach the unresponsive friends.

It was shown to the congregations during the local needs. I believe it made its debut 2 weeks ago in a special meeting for COBEs and Secretaries.
