It is very difficult to knock a ball into a hole (like golf), throw it into a receiver's hands (american football) intercept it and knock it over the fence (american cricket). or to put a sattelite at the right time at the right speed in the right direction in the right place to have it orbit another body, so :

What ingenious natural & process is it, than can get 9+ zillions bodies to get into the right orbit simultaniously or sequentially and have them remain there for billions of years? the 30 meter asteroid nearing us notwithstanding? or

what a wonderfull automatic and self correcting process, based on gravity and laws of motion, embedded/embodied in the universe, all by random? energy out of nowhere?

my theory: we have made the creator in our image, because we love ball games, and the universe is a game of Balls, even the biggest asteroids are sperical.

J&J the ultimate jugglers having a ball? or ttwo+?

To be really intellectual honest one has to accept the unknown, yet to be discovered.

On thing that is known though is that god(s) are only constructs of human imagination expressed in mythology.

Finkelstein: right, that is why I like to see the idea of creation/existence more clearly separated form the gods/worship concept.

Order is chaos. Right now a galaxy is crashing through a group of other galaxies. Is that what you consider is 'order'?

Simple, Gravity and Newton's laws of motion.

The cosmos is headed for heat death.

One day, if humans still exist, they will look up to the sky on a clear night and see absoutely nothing. They will send powerful telescopes into space and peer into inky blackness and see an empty vacuum.

    We are the lucky ones.

jeff: so why does it not work with the amercan criquet game too? or does the ball hit the bin, the pin only every billion years or so? the lucky shot?

even the 3 body problem takes a lot of computing power.

cofty, I thought it was the cold, LACK of heat death and only of this Universe, not the Cosmos. --?

Heat death is the state of maximum entropy when the temperature of every thing everywhere is exactly the same. Damned 2nd law of thermodynamics will have the last word.

The unviverse may be the cosmos, or maybe there is a multiverse.
