I think everything worked exactly as it should have here. I don't care about this redneck, the only thing I really care about here is what effects such cases may have on freedoms .
1. Phil Robertson choose excercise his free speech about what he believes, which is fine. I fully support free speech, even if it is offensive.
2. The network exercised their corporate freedom to fire him for his fringe beliefs.
Freedom is wonderful, don't let the thought police take away your freedoms.
