A good propaganda piece for the watchtower. Some pretty lame acting in places though. I'm sure it will induce guilt in some of the dubs but I'm past that point in my life now

A little late, but just watched this movie for the first time. My mom mentioned it to me on the weekend in hopes that it may spark something....little does she know it just strengthens my resolve to stay the hell away from this cult. My funny moment from the movie was the home page of the porn site that had no naked women on it....lol...like any guy in his right mind would enter that site when looking for smut.

I loved the meetings, the cameraderie, (fake) the delusional joy.
Once it ended, like any other tear jerker movie that plays to our prejudices and feelings, I woke up, and saw that the life the prodigal was returning to was all lies, except for the standards of decency all societies have.

Haven't been on this site for a while, but after watching the video I just knew there would be a hilarious thread or two on the subject....wasn't disappointed....

My wife refuses to watch it. With what she does know (or suspect) with regards to TTATT, I think she thinks it will push her over the edge!
