Rover, if it makes you feel any better, let me give you a Catholic interpretation of something here. The Catholic Church gave the world the Holy Bible. The JWs took the Bible and perverted into some sick, sordid book that bears no resemblance to the real Bible. So, from the Catholic perspective, the JWs are the apostates.
I think this is a way that the WTS is trying to cut off its followers from more and more of the "world" so they can maintain more control over them, i.e., making the doctors and nurses apostate accomplices.

The term human apostates is ridiculous and just goes to show that the people who write those talks ain't too bright.
The best solution I could find is it's meant to differentiate from 'supernatural apostate' (Satan) and perhaps 'organisation apostate?' (media, etc)
Which is stupid, because they also state that Satan only uses human apostates, and the media is made up of humans - go figure.I don't think 'human apostate' will be a catchphrase, but...
I suppose if you think about it, it could be trying to take away what little pity JW's have towards apostates. What I mean by that is - instead of saying Humans who are puppeted by Satan do not know what they are doing (ie. Jesus saying, forgive them for they know not what they do) They are instead seperating 'Satan' and 'Human apostates' to invoke less forgiveness towards the 'human' apostates - as in they know exactly what they're doing, they are evil etc etc. Demonising them further. Which is pretty evil.

I didn't listen to the whole talk so am not sure if they technically outed everyone in the world as an apostate. Though it wouldn't surprise me (of course they would never SAY that, just imply it and allow the JW's to fill in the gaps).
Perhaps they were refering to Sparlock as a non-human apostate. A toy apostate.

My husband has cleared this all up: he says that "non-human" apostates are Sith.

rover: My condolences on your having to listen to the "human apostates" talk. Your crankiness is understandable.
Actually, I'm giving you material for if any JWs try to use "human apostates" as a catchphrase around you. I'm assuming that you're still associated and have to deal with WT conversations. And this is actual material that I might have to use when my parents get back from the convention.
You respond, "human? as opposed to what kind of apostate? Dog apostates? Cat apostates? Armadillo apostates?"
Then the JWs will try to say, "human apostates as opposed to spirit apostates."
Then you can respond, "but Jesus didn't run away scared from the wicked spirits. Jesus had many conversations with Satan both when he was on earth as a human and as Michael in Jude 9. And 1 Pet. 3:19 explains that Christ preached to the spirits in prison... Jesus PREACHED to them. Nowhere in the scriptures is there any precedent for the truth having to run away scared from anything untrue. The truth has nothing to fear. So why are we supposed to be afraid of 'human apostates'? If we have the truth, we should be the ones to boldly speak up and correct untruth. Why didn't they actually say what apostates are supposedly lying about, so we can set the record straight?"
And that gets back to your initial post. They really are trying to paint anyone that contradicts WT as "apostates". It's extremely weird from what's been posted so far that they give no idea exactly what in particular or in general they are trying to frame as "apostate". But by definition, WT is an apostate from what they believed just a few months ago.

Your apostate I'm apostate they're apostate we're apostate wouldn't you like to be apostate too

To suggest that just because they taught us a few bible truths,
I wouldn't even go that far.
They don't teach 'truths', they just teach different lies. And if you don't agree with their 'truth', you gets shunned.

StAnn:
The JWs took the Bible and perverted into some sick, sordid book that bears no resemblance to the real Bible.
The JW translation of the Bible only has a few verses that have been modified slightly per their doctinal biases.
The Bible was a sick, sordid book to start with.
