I have had some contact with them. It's quite unatural and awkward. To be honest I am reluctant to be too open with them.
The phone me every few weeks but it's better than nothing.
They just had their convention at the weekend so it will be interesting to see if it makes any difference to their attitude.
Well, after this latest dc my so called best Jw friends I've been close with since I came into the org at 18-19 started going around telling everyone I'm an apostate and not to talk to me. Can imagine a lot of Jw parents doing the same.

Curious... how have things progressed with your folks?
I haven't heard from them in at least 6 months. They know how I feel and that was worth it.
