I got to see the Page/Plant tour in 1995. It was awesome; they played LZ songs with a Philharmonic orchestra and an Egyptian band. They also had a Professor of music playing a Hurdy Gurdy.

ZED is DEAD- It's so awesome that you saw Page & Plant on their tour ! Would have loved to join you man to see 'em.
Here's another great Zeppelin tune they did a great job on at the 2007 concert !
One of my most special presents this year was of that CD/DVD!

I am looking forward to the deluxe editions of their catalogue that will be released in 2013. This was mentioned in current Rolling Stone magazine that has a lengthy interview with Page.
ZED is DEAD- I'm so glad you got the new CD/DVD for a gift ! Cool ! Isn't it freaking great ? !
DONNY- My wife just bought me a subscription to Rolling Stone magazine for X-mas so I read the Jimmy Page article, very interesting. I look forward to those deluxe editions you mentioned of their catalogue. Gawd, I hope these guys get back together and record new music. Perhaps Robert Plant will stop dicking around with Allison Krausse and Band of Joy and get back to recording REALLY great music with Jimmy and Zep ! Not that the Krausse and Band of Joy music was bad, I got both CD's , ( in fact Zed is Dead burned the Krausse/Plant CD for me ) - but that music doesn't hold a candle to what Plant/Page/John Paul Jones/ Bonham Jr. could do together if they put their souls into it ! Just my humble opinion
Hi Mr Flipper! Did you see the broadcast of the Kennedy Center Honors this week? It was great, and the closing number of "Stairway" with heart and an entire choir was amazing!!!
DAGNEY- Hey my friend, how ya doin ' ? No I missed the Kennedy center show, dang it ! Is it on youtube by chance ? I'd love to see it ! Been so busy working this last week I'm finally relaxing coming up for air this weekend ! I bet that show was really cool
FLIPPER - I hope someone posts a Youtube link for you of the Kennedy Center Honors with Heart (Ann Wilson) singing "Stairway to Heaven".
You have to see it. Robert Plant was moved to tears.
I can't seem to post a link for some reason.
