That illustration is perturbing and downright suggestive.
Look at the sheep's pose, the coy stance, the come hither eyes of that slightly askance glance...
Then looking at the shepherd's excited grin of contentment and delight how can one avoid noticing a certain perverted insinuation so clearly obvious in this illustration.

This picture goes instantly in the Watchtower Hall of Fame. I can't believe how short his arm is, how did they miss that? And the goofy "hill billy" expression? This is got satire written all over it.
