I think "local" needs long ago became nation-specific and supplied by Mother, but still included a look at congregation statistics to make everyone think it was still "local."
Here's one for you: Should a true Christian let anyone force them to feel guilty for any decisions they make that are not violations of any clear Bible commands? NO.

(4) Go to a "large gathering" , even if organised by a JW
