    Free!

    That's what I mean,,, grab hold of your b/f doggie, have a hug, and realize what a difference you make! and that you are loved.

    It's so hard to be alone, I know (((()))))

    Our freedom came at a great price --- it is worth it! ... and you are no longer alone. We are here, though it is i/o on a puter, we are real.

    I am here with you. You are not alone.

    Free!! I've been like this for the last 2 years since I "woke up." I know it will get better once I just man up and tell my family, but my fade has gone successfully unnoticed from afar. However, the guilt, deception, fear, doubt and dread are manifesting themselves by way of fatigue, low appetite, stomach ailments, guilt-ridden nightmares and absolute dread of the future. It's almost paralyzing. Ain't it unreal how such strong, physical effects come from such a stupid concept as not agreeing with the framework of a specific group? The evidence of mind control becomes very real when we hit this fork in the road. Hang in there, you're not alone.

    Go placidly amid the noise and the haste,
    and remember what peace there may be in silence.

    As far as possible, without surrender,
    be on good terms with all persons.
    Speak your truth quietly and clearly;
    and listen to others,
    even to the dull and the ignorant;
    they too have their story.
    Avoid loud and aggressive persons;
    they are vexatious to the spirit.

    If you compare yourself with others,
    you may become vain or bitter,
    for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself.
    Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans.
    Keep interested in your own career, however humble;
    it is a real possession in the changing fortunes of time.

    Exercise caution in your business affairs,
    for the world is full of trickery.
    But let this not blind you to what virtue there is;
    many persons strive for high ideals,
    and everywhere life is full of heroism.
    Be yourself. Especially do not feign affection.
    Neither be cynical about love,
    for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment,
    it is as perennial as the grass.

    Take kindly the counsel of the years,
    gracefully surrendering the things of youth.
    Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune.
    But do not distress yourself with dark imaginings.
    Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness.

    Beyond a wholesome discipline,
    be gentle with yourself.
    You are a child of the universe
    no less than the trees and the stars;
    you have a right to be here.
    And whether or not it is clear to you,
    no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.

    Therefore be at peace with God,
    whatever you conceive Him to be.
    And whatever your labors and aspirations,
    in the noisy confusion of life,
    keep peace in your soul.

    With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams,
    it is still a beautiful world.
    Be cheerful. Strive to be happy.

    LOL I've run out of ideas. Being in your twenties is pretty cool, though, as there is still time to experiment a bit, and find out who you are before you reach the mad thirties. As I see it, you have two options: look inside yourself and try to find the cause of the problem; where these feelings come from; and maybe see a councellor or read some self-help books: or, go out a find a group of people you feel comfortable with, whether that is a church, social club, or... whatever. wherever you feel at home. Don't lose touch with your peers either; the people you went to school with; people your own age- they can give you clues as to what you could be doing and aiming for. When you are no longer in a high-control group life can be scary, but also exciting- your life and destiny belong to you.
