People that worry and nag about this sort of crap need to have their toiled get top tanked, or better yet get a Chinese toilet and then move on in life.

AGuest - I totally agree with you. Such a trival thing to worry about, put it up / keep it down - whatever - just keep it clean and be grateful that we have running water and the toilet flushes.
As for toilet paper - *shrug* most times I don't stick it on the roll thingie
