To answer this question properly I would have to know what particular quality of 'weed' you are refering to.
I have a friend who once aquired some weed that was so bad that when he lit the doob the aphids ran into his mouth and even after he killed off the aphids by holding a lighter under a pie plate and watched the frantic little bastards expire...the weed was impotent.
Good weed is good.

I think he was smoking actual GRASS. Lawn clippings are legal I think LOL
