I agree with you about the leadership. I haven't got one ounce of pity for them. They are definitely bloodguilty in my eyes and have covered up things and hid the religion's past from new recruits.
The attitude of arrogance and UNACCOUNTABILITY cannot be forgiven.

You are right about them being caustic and judgmental. The culture and mentality of the religion is revolting. They have essentially 'checked their brains at the door' and do not reason like normal people anymore. They are brainwashed and their hearts are hardened. Pity that they don't know it though. It doesn't matter to me because I am past the point of caring anymore.
