My health is horrible. I have a Vitamin D deficiency for not getting enough sun. I have to take 50,000IU of Vitamin D three times a week. I, also, think working nights lead to me getting Psoriasis. I was always sick. I can't tell you how many surgeries or health issues that I've had. I'm haven't worked in the last 3 1/2 years.
