This is an actual "note" that was sent to our Field Engineers a few years ago.
Wire Assembly update.
You will notice the left bracket for the right centrifuge located just below the upper left wire assembly above the power supply. This wire assembly untimately connects to the lower module next to the center bracket of the upper left centrifuge. Do not confuse these assemblies! Make sure the right assembly is connected to left centrifuge. A mismatch will result in failure of both assemblies and you will have to return it to the center for a replacement.
