Don't expect your partner to get anything resembling professional help from anyone in the religion. They are actively discouraged from persuing higher education. It is doubtful that the few who do get an education in those areas would remain Jehovah's Witnesses long enough to become Elders.
All she will get is reasons to feel guilty for not obeying the cult rules and requirements.

I knew of ONE elder who is a psychiatrist. I did seek him out and he turned out to be quite the weirdo

NO WAY! they are not even qualified to clean windows, and they make a bad job of that!
Very few elders have any proper qualifications at all.
