I think I would have spent my life searching.
Searching to make sense of where we came from and the experience we are having.
I have been searching since I left the tower in 83.
Every ideology, religion I have examined has holes in it.
As far as I can tell no one knows or has the answer.
Just a simple Christian, not "preachie", non-judgmental and not very doctrinal, trying to be just a good person, with love, joy and peace as much as possible. (The kind that would frustrate me when I was a JW because that would be too easy).
I think it would depend on where I was born. If I was born in Japan, I might be Buddhist. Pakistan? Muslim. India? Hindu. United States? Some kind of protestant. Italy? Catholic.

I was raised as a Catholic so I probably would have stayed with that. I wouldn't have been regular though, just a few times a year.

Most Catholics I know of aren't overly religious. And if they do something naughty, they simply see the Good Father and everything's OK.
