Is God's name absent in the Christian Scriptures?

I speak for myself, I am no one's vassal but Jehovah's. If someone is quoting from Joel 2:32, such as at Romans 10:13, it is most fitting that Jehovah's name appears, otherwise it is misquoted.

"Most fitting." Should we not accept the text the way it is written instead of trying to change it to fit our theology?

After all, there is not one verse where Jesus is shown to have uttered God's name in prayer. Doesn't that tell us something?

And, if you look at the context of Romans 10:13, who is being referred to there? Which "Lord"?

not necessarily, it is assuming that it was quoted verbatim. Even IF your (actually the Wt's) theory held water, this is only the tetragrammeton- not some translation or mistransliteration such as Jehovah. There is still no basis that the reader would have pronouced them Yahweh or Jehovah instead of Lord when quoting from the Hebrew scriptures.

    From the May 1, 1978 Watchtower, p. 12:

There are verses in the Hebrew Scriptures about Jehovah that are quoted in the “New Testament” in a context speaking about the Son. (Isa. 40:3—Matt. 3:3—John 1:23; Joel 2:32—Rom. 10:13; Ps. 45:6, 7—Heb. 1:8, 9) This is understandable, for Jesus was the Father’s foremost representative.

or how about many of Paul's letter that do not (even in the NW Mis-translation) contain the Divine name?

It is hard and annoying at times. But people like spike tassal and reniaa are lost and need to wake up...and at the same time are judgmental and arrogant and need to be brought down to earth and shown they are wrong

Spike T-Jesus being Eternal is from his resurrection forward. Jesus' Eternality is not that of Jehovah. After all, Jesus did experience personal own death, which Jehovah did not.

Dude you need to read your bible a bit more carefully! Maybe you can tell me who the Alpha and the Omega is in each of these cases?

    Revelation 1:8 (New International Version)

8 "I am the Alpha and the Omega," says the Lord God, "who is, and who was, and who is to come, the Almighty."

    Revelation 21:6 (New International Version)

6 He said to me: "It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To him who is thirsty I will give to drink without cost from the spring of the water of life.

    Revelation 22:13 (New International Version)

13 I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.

I'll get you started. The last one is Jesus

    Revelation 22:12-16 (New International Version)

12 "Behold, I am coming soon! My reward is with me, and I will give to everyone according to what he has done. 13 I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.

14 "Blessed are those who wash their robes, that they may have the right to the tree of life and may go through the gates into the city. 15 Outside are the dogs, those who practice magic arts, the sexually immoral, the murderers, the idolaters and everyone who loves and practices falsehood.

16 "I, Jesus, have sent my angel to give you this testimony for the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, and the bright Morning Star."

    All the best,

    Stephen
