What's with the open book on the table? I guess we are supposed to infer that they study the Bible really hard, but it just looks contrived.
Jack Barr is the only one who looks friendly. I used to really enjoy Listening to the Great Teacher on tape with him reading when I was young.

This picture is total symbolism, and actually, good PR.
For them not to hide and appear human is to take the mystery out of their existence. I can't tell you how long I grew up curious as to who the GB was, what they looked like, etc.
No more mystery........
