Is there somewhere else i can go to discuss these topics and figure things out without people labeling me as one or the other?

i didnt demand anything - ( did ASK however, and said please even -- for a balanced and non-judgemental discussion of things)

Solace, for what it's worth, I don't recall ever labelling you. I was hurt by your comment on my thread, but surely you would understand that such an issue would be a sensitive one. As an intelligent person you no doubt would have known that when you posted. From what I see, you are actually the one doing the labelling here.

I hope that you do stay and chat here, I'm sure there will be bits and pieces which you may find useful and threads to which you can contribute in a meaningful way. All the best.

Solace, as I tried to express on my prior post to this thread: I think the problem you're experiencing is due in large part to the WAY you ask/state things. You've made a number of posts on a number of threads, in a rather short period of time, that to me have seemed insensitive, rude, aggressive, antagonistic, and/or hostile. Maybe you don't mean to come across that way, but if you are consistently getting reactions that you would describe with similar terms, perhaps it is a problem with your approach that is eliciting that.

Again, I think if you take care with your words, and treat others the same way you would like to be treated, you will get better results. Respect is a two-way street, after all. Before you hit the Submit Post button, read over your words, try to put yourself in the shoes of the person you're addressing, and ask yourself how you would feel if you were addressed in the same way.

If you're genuine in your questions and concerns, and in your desire to research and learn, I really encourage you to stick around here, because you can learn a great deal. It might serve you well though to slow down a bit, and try to take a more thoughtful and balanced approach. What you get out of your experience here will directly correlate to what you put into it.

strange thing is -- my more abrasive posts has lead to more constructive discussion than my "well, maybe their wrong, but their right about this" posts... when i say this stuff, i get called an "idiot", told "hey how long is it till youll be reinstated" or called "sick" :S
