Wow, some really good movies mentioned here. I mentioned a few already. But, now for another.....
I literally cried for joy at the end of "Lord of the Rings". My wife made me watch it. It was sooooo long and soooo boring, I actually cried tears of joy at the end when it was finally over. You know, kinda like I used to do as a kid when the District Convention was finally over!

You too? Yes that was the most boring movie I can remember seeing in my life! I went out to the lobby before it was over and walked around reading movie posters while I waited for my wife.

Me too!!!! I can't even watch it! And it's a cartoon!! The ride at Disneyland even makes me cry. LOL. (Very ridiculous!)

True Grit (not an especially good film) Curiously, although it is not troublesome when the dozen people get killed, I am verklemmt when John Wayne kills the little girl's horse (i.e. rides him to death).

I love the Shirley Temple movies. In Heidi when she calls out Grandfather, Grandfather. Also when the girl in the wheelchair walks.
Sappy, I know. Also, the Little Princess, when she meets Queen Victoria and then again when she finds her father. I'm getting verklempt just thinking of these but laughing at myself.

Didn't cry for years...I was shut down....
Then the 2 movies that broke me down....I felt....were both JW related.
Elephant Man....were he says "I'm a man not and animal".......in the Bethel bindry we had to beg just to leave are machines just to take a piss....and
Sophie's Choice....with the Nazis...whatever she did she was screwed...she was the walking dead.
