For some reason, my response has been deleted twice? What up? Is eclipse a mod now?

LOL. I don't think so. I've lost track of which threads I've been reading. If you are referring to the 'busybody' comment, I would guess that the mods are trying to clean up this thread as that comment is also missing. Or maybe *I'm* just missing something... -Aude.

Hey. It's the internet! You can be whoever you want to be. Re-invent yourself!!!!

No, Aude, the "BizzyBee, shut up you busybody windbag" post is still intact. Thank Jah, I will treasure that one for a long time.

But there is some very selective censorship going on! If I could crack the code, I could avoid it, but I tend to use the posting guidelines, which apparently are incomplete.

LOL - Oh Good!! It's sure to be a classic.

I had a thread removed last weekend. I don't know why and never received a notice from a mod.

I really would like to get a PM or some such notice when something I post gets pulled.

Maybe I should volunteer for the position of moderator? Nevermind. I already know it's a thankless job. Still would be nice to get a pm or something rather than just having it yanked.

    -Aude. (Dare to know..~~!)

Agreed, Aude. If I'm saying something I shouldn't, I need to know.

Maybe that should tell you something. You seem determind to dig up an old issue that has died off and detract from the topic of this thread. I suggest you drop it. If you would like to discuss this you can PM me.

One of my old room mates had a man friend who loved the Russian ladies. He hooked up with a website that advertised Russian women. He began corresponding with a Russian babe. Very soon, like a month later, a Russian woman came to visit him. They got married rather quickly, like within months, and two weeks later the woman "disappeared" within the Russian community in Vancouver. Needless to say, he was heartbroken.

But his quest for a Russian babe continued.

Try number two: He hooked up with the site advertising Russian women --- again. He began corresponding with Russian babe #2. Very soon, like a month later, a Russian woman came to visit him. They got married rather quickly, like within months, and a year later I saw her on the bus. She seemed quite happy and in fact, was pregnant. They are still together and seem quite delighted with each other.

Don't ask me about the divorce from the first one, 'cuz I don't know. Seems there are unanswered questions. Maybe the man was married to two women, at least for awhile, I couldn't say.

And don't ask me how to tell if its real, 'cuz I just don't know.

Pretty much any time someone turns into a walking magnet for tragedy, a little part of me turns off. I've run into a few, and usually it's because I have such varied interests, and know people from all walks of life, I end up knowing a little about something they've talked about, or knowing someone who does, and I'll catch them lying.

There was one guy in particular on Yahoo who tried to pass himself off as looking just like Joaquin Cortes. Oddly enough, it was his own description of the photo "of himself" that was labelled "Joaquin" when I right-clicked on the pic and looked at the properties. He didn't even rename it when he saved the pic off some website! Of course, the reason I looked at the properties was because it looked like professional lighting (think of interview photos in People magazine and the like, the lighting is different), and he was passing it off as a candid taken at this house by his brother. I Googled "Joaquin" and lo and behold, another liar found out. When I called him on it, he threw a fit and accused me of Internet-stalking. Thank god his Internet Lawyer never showed up, or he could have sued me for millions...not to mention the Internet Cops putting me in Internet Jail.
