a real single barrel type bourbon - if I drink a blend I will dilute with coke - but real good ones with just a spalsh. Makers Mark is my current favorite

nvr, yes.
spanish coffee is a great date drink. you put on a show to make it.
make a pot of coffee, take 2 large wine glasses, rim it with a lemon, and roll it in sugar. put about 3 0z. 151 in both glasses, light both of them, when they are lit, use the fire from one to carmalize the sugar on the other, and vise versa. while it's still lit, sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg. CAUTION!!!!! IT WILL SPARK A BIT!!!!!!!!!!!! add cointreau, kahlua, and cognac, add coffee. put whipped cream on top.
or, you can put heavy whipping cream and butterscotch schnapps in a blender, mix, and chill. even better.

Woodford reserve - no , not tried it but seen it at my local liquor store so I will buy a bottle. Thanks for the recommendation
