Nvr, I'll second that. I would drink to that, but that wouldn't be a good idea today. Thanks for the reminder of how it feels to be newly liberated. I've been out since 1979, and sometimes I take the gift of freedom for granted. I appreciate most the freedom just to forgive myself and move on.

Hi, Nvr. Thanks for asking. She is better every day. She had the stents removed Wednesday. She looks more like her old self and acts more like her old self each day.

Here comes the motherly stuff: I have been blessed with a beautiful, intelligent, accomplished daughter who is close to getting a master's degree in chemistry. I'm glad she's getting her life back.
