[Journalism......in a WT magazine......]
tell me about it. the articles are so pathetically researched and whenever they relay a study from 'secular' resources, they never give it an objective focus....and the writing is just so damn horrid, in a average first year english composition class student like way....which is another reason why they're on everyone's ass not to go to college so the jws won't realize how inept the wtbts is as a publisher.

I feel ill and insulted if I glance at a Watchtower for more than a few seconds.
It is painful.
I'm not kidding.
I'm not being dramatic.
I hope this concentrated "cult" version of the rag speeds the demise of these soul-raping bastards.

Here's a thought. Are the publishers now expected to make double the contribution they would normally make since the society is putting out two issues of the same magazine?

I wonder if anyone was actually thrilled when they heard this news.
Just like at the convention, I'm sure all the seals will be clapping.

It seems that the Old Guys in Brooklyn are getting TOTALY NUTS!!!
Since their history of false prophesy is a ghost that it will haunt them. The fact is THEIR LOOSING POWER...
And they don't know how they will control their members anymore.
From my personal experience I see that more and more Jw's are seeing apostate material through the internet(devils tool)I get emails from active JW's that are visiting our Hellenic Watchtower Observer(we have also English articles), www.oodegr.com Some have even left WT and became Christian Orthodoxs.
Instead of admiting their mistakes, and try to become Christians they are trying with changes(like a smokescreen) to gain members. Unfortunately this is a very bad times for FALSE PROPHETS. There is so much negative material at the internet regarding JW's, that a simple search is enough for someone to see who they really are.
I was always giving the Awake magazine at the doors. Watchtower was kind of emparasing to give it away, because it was full of their terms(Slave Class, 144,000 Great Crowd, etc, etc)that people could not understand. Plus they had articles that it was too emparasing for an outsider to read. Imagine what will be the impact for someone to read about Armageddon, that all mankind will be slaughtered, and only the righteous Jw's will inherit the earth, and enjoy the spoils of this war!!!That is not nice way to gain a new member isn't it? So they will give away articles to recrew new members, and as they join WT,they will get into the DEEP truth!!!
Soon they will drop Awake, and stay with the 2 editions of the Watchtower. They don't need Awake anymore.
ARE WE LOUZY APOSTATES GETTING AT THE END THE LIGHT BETTER FROM THE GB?

I think that rather than folding the KM into the JW only WT they will go the other way.
Monthly Watchtower edition (to match the Awake)
Fold the JW only WT into the KM. The KM is already formatted and printed to be branch specific. Adding study articles into it wouldn't be that difficult.
That would definitely save them some serious money.

In the Study Edition, it will no longer be necessary to explain terms like "pioneer" in ways that non-Witnesses can grasp.
This is the most important point. Now the Watchtower can be filled with "loaded" cult language.
Here's a thought. Are the publishers now expected to make double the contribution they would normally make since the society is putting out two issues of the same magazine?
Excellent point. This is a cost cutting excercise. They can cut down on the number of mags printed, and at the same time are more likely to get paid for the JW only issues.

I hope they keep that "fantastic artwork!" in the study Watchtower. For many bored youth, it is the only thing to look at during those long,
intenseboring studies.
