    Leolaia,

Hey what about that French whiz-kid Jo-Wilfried Tsonga? Did you see any of his matches yet? I just had this feeling he'd upset Nadal. Assuming Federer makes it to the finals, that Tsonga kid will get to play Federer for the championship. I think J-W Tsonga has infused new life into the men's game.

I was there at the Tsonga-Nadal semifinal. That was some of the best tennis I ever saw. Tsonga is the real thing. Reminds me of Pete Sampras a lot. Can't wait to see him play tonight against Djokovic. I'm going to be rooting for Tsonga to win. :)

I was sad to see Roger lose. He's just not up to his usual form this year. Hope he improves.

She was good kid at the championships here in Wimbledon she always took time to make all the interviews with the BBC and always took time to sign autographs as well, glad she did not end up marrying that twat Layton Hewitt, and in a era dominated by the awful Williams sisters she done wellwish her all the best

Oldish news, meant to post it at the time. Guess you heard about it already.

I love tennis too! Big Agassi and Rafter fan. Hate the way they attempt to ram Roddick down America's throat these days. Love the women's game too. I use to play alot but haven't in quite a while and miss it.

Thanks for the bump, slimboyfat. I am very excited about her return to tennis. As a fan, I am totally thrilled at the prospect of watching her live in television again, rooting for her to win. She is not saying it is a comeback, but a second career. And women's tennis right now is in chaos — so many players are unreliable and inconsistent and not at the caliber and competitive spirit we see in men's tennis right now (other than Serena Williams and Maria Sharapova, who had to sit the year out because of injuries). If Kim can avoid getting injured, I think she can make a healthy start.

I was going to go to the Bank of the West Classic this year, but now I am going to have to sit it out -- I have a total solar eclipse to watch in China! (Or.....maybe I'll see nothing if the pollution and weather suck. It's 50/50 odds I'll see the eclipse).

Last month I put up many of my Kim Clijsters photos up at my Flickr page. You can see them here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/26003188@N06/2439704495/

JimmyPage....On the men's side, I am a huge Roger Federer and Rafa Nadal fan. Although if it is up to rooting for one or the other, I always go with Roger. It's been a hard year for him though. I am very impressed with Rafa's game lately. I also like many of the other men's players, I love watching Gail Monfils, Jo-Wilifred Tsonga, James Blake, and Fernando Verdasco. I can't stand Andy Murray and Andy Roddick. I liked Dinara Safina a lot last year but she seems to have fizzled lately. Same thing with Jelena Jankovic.
