There's a distributor down my way that sells the variety case by Unibroue, as well as a brewpub that often has some of them on tap, and always available by the bottle!

Yes, their (Franziskaner) Hefeweizen is another good one, served on tap in a Hefe glass with a slice of lemon, in the summertime!

Yes, lots of aerobics- hiking, running, jogging, bicycling, etc. That is the only way to burn fat off.
