  Good Girl or Bad Girl?

  I'd like this to be a 4-day weekend sort of thing if possible - that's easier to plan for vacation time, etc. Obviously not the middle of the hottest months, if possible. I don't care what month other than weather; it's all the same to me.

  What will we do there? I know there is a lot to do but depending on how many people are able to make it, will we want to plan a place and a time to meet at least one of the nights so that we are all together and can meet one another...? Or will we have hotel room parties...? Those are fun.

  GG/BG - you and I could travel together since we are both from the same area and maybe if neither of us have significant others, then maybe we could share a hotel room if you're interested.

  I hope we definitely want to all be together at some point, so we need a venue to do that. If we have at least 50+ people, we will need a meeting room at a hotel or restaurant for at least one night - preferably early in the game plan so we can identify who we might want to hang with for shows, etc. Also, maybe one person/hotel room could be a message center/info clearinghouse for the time period, keeping track of whereabouts, arrivals, departures, transportation needs, contact phone numbers, etc.

  noSo.... INCLUDE IN YOUR POST WHAT MONTH IS GOOD AND IF IT'S EARLY, MID, OR LATE PART OF THAT MONTH.

  Personally, I'm going for a large suite (couple of rooms, Hot Tub, Bar, etc...), whatever Hotel I/we stay at... anyone interested in splitting the cost/joining the fun can post/PM me...

  Bizzy, this is a great idea - to rent a conference room is not a big deal - if we split it evenly amongst us it should be only a few dollars a person.. Also the message center idea is great too.... plus once we have a list we can all exchange phone numbers possibly...

  errr, ummm... Well I see ya making other plans without me... So... ummm...
