How wonderful of you to take in the doggie! She needs to have a permanent "pack" instead of being bounced around.
Our cocker spaniel female is named Jasmine or Jas/Jazzy for short.
I'll just throw out some names since I haven't observed yours to pick a name that fits w/her personality.
Brie, Lady, She's a (because she's a mutt), Ginger, Chloe, Sweetie, Dinah, Lily, Gracie, ......
