You're handsome, you could do either-its not like its scraggly AND its not like you need to hide behind it. As it is 100 degrees, I'd cut it if I were you, but when I was growing up in WA before Starbuck and Microsoft, lots of men grew their beards from hunting season till spring and then shaved, so beards are nice and cosy to me.
