So sorry that your children are too indoctrinated to see what a great mom they have. I hope they come around soon!
As far as seeing a psychologist, I have for over 12 years. It really can help to have someone to talk to on a regular basis. During very bleak times in my life it was a relief to see her each week. Even though I pay for it, I believe she cares about what happens to me and I appreciate the therapeutic relationship. You might want to try it and see if you connect.
I sure can relate to all those young and old who feel "worn out". I'm trying to focus on some simple remedies like making sure I eat right, drink enough water, get some sun and exercise each day.
I'm so grateful to all of you on the board for your funny, honest, and thoughtful posts. I really look forward to coming here each night and catching up with everyone.
