Dude, that is awesome! The steaks and hot sausage look like something I'd love to get my hands on.

I'd like to start out just enjoying some sausage and deer meat by itself. It's been so long since I've had any. Later on I'll get more fancy and actually use it as an ingredient for something else. Maybe Deer Boudin!

I don't need it immediately... perhaps this weekend.
