aw, thanks kls and jeff. Won't get me anywhere in my own situation but if it stops someone else from going through the cult, why not? When they/he find out I'm sure all will hit the fan! until then....

Ahhh What a great weekend I had!

Friday AM it was show up 45 minutes before the doors opened for one of the biggest rummage sales in the world! The Catlin Gable private school 63rd annual rummage sale and fund raising event. We came away with some great "gets"!

Saturday sleep in, make a good breakfast and mosey towards the evenings Apostate Festival! We had a great time. 17 total in attendance (of 25 rsvp's that's a pretty goood turnout!) I even met a couple different people who knew my parents and knew my old hall. It was nice to talk with them and see who's still living etc.

After a ghostly sleep in a haunted room in one of the top 10 haunted hotels in the US, we mosied home, stopping for a great breakfast at our favorite breakfast restaurant. Lazy day, soup and toasted cheese sandwiches for dinner, and Shrek2 (we watched Shrek Fri night.)

Now I'm bushed and my fibromyalgia has flared big time, but it was all worth it!

Lets see...

Friday: went out with some work colleagues, and ended up in a club, the first one I've been to for about 25 years. I did get a little drunk, and staggered into bed at around 3am.

Saturday afternoon (did Saturday morning happen? I missed it): Went around to dedpoet's, then went out with him at night, didn't (couldn't) drink much though.

Sunday: did some jobs at my home, and started packing away my jw literature with dp's help, then went out for some food, and ended up at dp's flat posting on here.

All in all, had a great weekend - isn't freedom wonderful?

My weekend was busy, worked all day Saturday, which meant my neck flared up. Had friends over that night for drinks and board games. Got my comp. back YAY! Still can't access my email BOO! Neck still hurt on sunday. Sucessfully avoided talking about "the relationship" with the boyfriend. Attemped to review trig. for test that I had today, # of times I wanted to burn the book? Too many to count. Reviewing for physics and chemistry went much better thank goodness.

Pretty good actually, I did street work on Friday with a friend that was just reinstated a few weeks ago, I realized how much I missed her. I put up help wanted posters all over the place so hopefully we will get some one that way. Sunday I worked and then went shopping, I watched the Lakers beat the Denver Nuggets (: and then I was in bed by nine last night. Overall it was okay.

Well, I had daughters off on different coasts. One went off to Maine and the other is in California (the one that's shunning me). Kind of felt weird having my children so far away. It, also, was weird not to be able to see the 18 year old off to California, not being there. Oh well. I'm keeping the oldest daughter's son while she's in Maine. He's teething. Well, he's getting in a molar; he will be four on the 22nd. I permed my youngest daughter's hair. I, also, took her out shopping. Went to a casino with my husband.

Side note: The eighteen year old received a Gate's Scholarship, so she had to go to California for this Bill Gates symposium. It was about being World Leaders! Isn't that ironic!?

We met up with relatives who flew in from California on Saturday night....and visited a couple of Irish pubs. (had me a couple o' pints of Guinness, yummy) Then we had a football game on Sunday, to attend....it was a wonderful weekend.....religion was NOT a topic for conversation, for a change....Whew!

Went to great Apostafest east of Portland, Or. Missed out on the tour so no "door-to-door" for me. Arrived sober, went home the same way! Apple cider was fresh.

No, but my husband did and meeting on Sunday afternoon. I remain ever-grateful to have my weekends to myself again.
