  WTBTS ban on White Cells is ****ed up!

  it s well known that the wt forbidds transfusion of white cells, but i was shocked when i read on ajwrb that organs actually contains more white cells than blood, and that "a jw who accepts an organ transplant takes in more leukocytes than he would through a blood transfusion.".

  even more shocking was that apparently "mothers milk contains 5-12 times more leukocytes than a corresponding amount of blood...this also applies to cow milk, which is used extensively as food and drink in all the world.

  so every time a jw drinks milk, he receives more of the prohibited leukocytes than if he or she receives a blood transfusion!".

  I was stunned when i read this, to the point i almost didn´t believe it to be true. I will use this the next time i have a blood-conversation with my jw parents ;)

  Oh gosh it´s sad to hear the words from No room for george :(

  Sokrates once said: "There is only one good, knowledge, and one evil, ignorance." Knowledge is NEVER a bad thing. And no, money and status is not the only reason people seek higher education. We are designed to learn, we need to learn, it´s FUN to learn. And i truly wish everyone would have the opportunity to study at a higher level.

  Many jw:s bash down on higher education and say it´s a waste, but at the same time they draw full advantage of all the things society has to offer which wouldnt be possible without people seeking higher education. Who would fly the boeing when a Jw wanna go on vacation? Who would take care of the broken bone when a jw:s child is hurt? Who would build the computers that almost every Jw use daily, writes their speach on etc?

  the high court has granted a dublin maternity hospital orders allowing it to perform, if required, an emergency blood transfusion to the unborn child of a jehovah's witnesses couple who is at risk of being delivered prematurely.

  today the court heard the child's mother, who is approximately 26 weeks pregnant, presented to the coombe maternity hospital in recent days with a spontaneous premature ruptured membrane.. .

  The jw say abortion is an abomination, but this is worse, this is to kill a newborn toddler.

  I have a little child of my own, and it is beyond me how a parent is willing to let their own child die this way. I can not, and i will never be able to accept wt blood-policy. I t disgusts me!

  But wy on earth havn´t the Australian goverment act against the WBTS until Steven brought this up to them?

  My understanding is that it is a criminal offence NOT to comply with this law. Was the goverment blind, lazy or just didn´t care?

  Adso: so far i understand, but has the GB approved their statements in this court? Is this something that the GB has outlined for them to say? Or will Toole get serios bashing from the borg?

  Sir82, they will NEVER put anything on jw-media.org that has something to do with a disfellowshipped/apostate. They know that would result in r&f starting to wonder and chew the cud. Instead the only news at jw-media is the ones that makes them look like victims. "Look at all this bad things the world is doing to us, beating us and putting us in jail, just like Jesus, the end is NEAR". But when dubious doctrines and odd procedures from the borg is getting the worlds attention, then they are quiet like a scared little mouse.

  I can´t believe this! The watchtowers own lawyers actually is denying the existance of the fds. And by doing so, they(according to the jw) deny christ. Hence, THEY are the antichrist. Omg it´s so sad this is going to escape the minds of Jdubs.

  Christian group claims Armagedon on Friday 21st October....don't plan your weekend!!

  harold camping's religious group claimed armagedon was coming in may 21st 2011...he said he was "flabbergasted" it didn't happen and said that it was a "spritual judgement day" and the end would occur on october 21st 2011......so i will see you all in hell.
