Marrying a divored person who was abandoned?

does anyone know what the watchtower's stance is on marrying a person who has been divorced on grounds of spousal abandonment?

the person who was divorced is not a jw, and the other person is inactive, but baptised and is currently going to meetings.

if they were to marry would any action be taken against the baptised person.

which tv shows do you still watch, even though you will admit that they jumped the shark months or years ago?.

for me, that would be survivor, 24 and lost.
