BTW--I will apologize for the many typos in my posting above. I do not multitask well!

This is morbid curiosity, I suppose. Any word about this guy in the last five months?

Rolf Furuli appeared in this add for IKEA this winther. He was on tv commercial and boards all over Norway.

So he is alive and kicking.

    Amongst many other topics, yes.

I don't know him personally, but my impression is that he can pretty much mean or say exactly whatever he wants to.

I have often wondered, could it be the reason why HQ i Norway don't touch him, that he is held as an intellectual alibi for many people in the org.

Especially among the rich and influential ones. So if he where to, let's say, recieve a public reprove, that it would lead to a disunity and many would take his side. Just a thought.

Attacking him could cost a hefty sum of members in Nordic Countries and Europe?

Okay, I will try to translate what he is saying, but my english is not fluent I'm afraid.

' My name is Rolf Furuli, and I'm a person who does'nt believe much in things I'm being told, who likes to immerse in things, especially linguistic issues.

We needed a new kitchen because we are building a new house.

We went to IKEA several times to have a look, and after two- three times we reached a descision.

The most clever thing is that the space is so well utilized, so we have plenty of space for our dining table and other kitchen stuff.

That appealed both to my wife and I, and beside of that the price was very favourably.

Here's another article about Mr. Furuli.

He says that he is retired and that he has 20 Billy book shelves from IKEA for his 8000 books.

He is now studying babylonic cuneiform script.

He says he is doing the dishes and are making the best bacalao in the country.

The kitchen he chose is now also named after him.
