Spiritual food from the org on the same level as the Bible?

hello to you all again.. i just told my father:"be carefull that you do not put the so called spiritual food at the same level, or on the same pedestal, as the bible.

it is clear to me that they are not.

" to me, at the moment, this is self evident.

This is really funny. But the average JW will put the Insight Book above the bible.

Ask a JW the following question:

Is Luke's presentation in the bible correct and the JWs are wrong? or

Is Luke's presentation in the bible not correct and the JWs have it right?

Immediately Judas left the group. A comparison of Matthew 26:20-29 with John 13:21-30 indicates that he departed before Jesus instituted the celebration of the Lord’s Evening Meal. Luke’s presentation of this incident evidently is not in strict chronological order, for Judas had definitely left by the time Christ commended the group for having stuck with him; that would not fit Judas, nor would he have been taken into the “covenant . . . for a kingdom.”—Lu 22:19-30.

I would say personally say that the person chose to disassociate or formally remove themselves as a witness. I would indicate that Paul said not to even eat with a man that was once called your brother. I would also indicate that Jesus stopped his association with Judas when he excused him from the lord's evening meal before his betrayal of the Christ.

That's, what he really said:

(1 Corinthians 5:911) 11 But now I am writing YOU to quit mixing in company with anyone called a brother that is a fornicator or a greedy person or an idolater or a reviler or a drunkard or an extortioner, not even eating with such a man.

Nothing about a lovely person - leaving the religion. Not one word.

And nothing about the word "once" (once called your brother. Paul speaks of the present here - not of the past).

I would indicate, that Jesus doesn't excused Judas from the lord's evening meal.

(Luke 22:19-23) 19 Also, he took a loaf, gave thanks, broke it, and gave it to them, saying: “This means my body which is to be given in YOUR behalf. Keep doing this in remembrance of me.” 20 Also, the cup in the same way after they had the evening meal, he saying: “This cup means the new covenant by virtue of my blood, which is to be poured out in YOUR behalf. 21 “But, look! the hand of my betrayer is with me at the table. 22 Because the Son of man is going his way according to what is marked out; all the same, woe to that man through whom he is betrayed!” 23 So they started to discuss among themselves the question of which of them would really be the one that was about to do this.

13 All of us have freedom of choice regarding associations, styles of dress and grooming, and entertainment. However, our freedom could become “a cover for doing wrong” if we chose to become slaves of our own fleshly desires or if we adopted the disgraceful fads and trends of the world. (Read 1 Peter 2:16.) Instead of using our freedom “as an opportunity to pursue fleshly desires,” we want to be determined to make choices that help us to heed the admonition: “Do all things for God’s glory.”—Gal. 5:13; 1 Cor. 10:31.

15 One of the limitations on our freedom is that we must respect the right that others have to make their own decisions in life. Why? Since we all have the gift of free will, no two Christians will always make exactly the same decision. This is true even in matters that involve our conduct and worship. Remember the principle found at Galatians 6:5. (Read.) When we recognize that each Christian must “carry his own load,” we will respect the right that others have to use their own gift of free will.

Who can explain why the "Two Witness" rule is wrong, in the simplest term?

with all the legalese being tossed around, and the expert manipulation on the part of the wtbts, who can explain why the "two witness" is being perverted by the wtbts?

i don't care if you're a bible believer and want to approach this from a biblical standpoint, or if you simply use logic and reason.

how would you explain this subject to a j-dub, or even a non-dub?.

The 2-witness-rule ist the "truth".

The "truth" is the truth (for a JW).

As we watched during the last ARC session #54, no JW can accept,
that the "truth" has to be changed. If the "truth" must be changed, it wasn't the truth.

It's like talking with JW's about their doctrines - it's like talking to a wall.

If they change the 2-witness-rule for the ARC - they admit, that the past 65 years the "truth" (about the 2-witness-rule) wasn't the truth.

jw.org stickers are passed around among publishers.one brother says "hey you can just turn in your time just driving around streets with this sticker on your car.

" the other side of this car ,(photo) there is a qr code sticker on it.. .

"Back in the day" we used to tape Watchtowers to the inside of the back window of the car as we traveled to the summer assembly.

Same in germany. As kids we looked into every car - searching for a WT - driving along the "Autobahn"
